COMMUNITY STATE BANK ANNOUNCES TWO KEY APPOINTMENTS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH

Community State Bank’s President and CEO, Nicole E. Wilson, has recently announced the appointment of William A. Pryor as Chief Credit Officer and promotion of William M. Kick as Chief Development Officer. These newly created leadership roles reflect the Bank’s continued development and commitment to long-term success.

Pryor joins Community State Bank (CSB) with 44 years of experience in banking. Before joining CSB, he served as Chief Credit Officer and Chief Administration Manager at F&M Trust and brings extensive expertise and strategic leadership to the Bank’s credit administration function. In his new role, Pryor will oversee the organization’s credit risk strategy, policies, and practices. He will safeguard asset quality, ensure sound credit decision making, and balance growth objectives with prudent risk management.

“I am excited about the opportunity to continue my banking career with Community State Bank. I am confident that my experience will contribute to the bank’s continued growth, profitability, and success,” commented Pryor on his new appointment.

On the same day introducing Pryor and his newly appointed position, Wilson also announced that William M. Kick has been promoted to Chief Development Officer. Kick joined CSB in April 2025 and was promoted to Market President in January 2026. During this time, he has played an instrumental role in leading the Bank’s market expansion, commercial banking growth, and community engagement efforts. In this new position, Kick will focus on leading strategic expansion initiatives by developing people, systems, and relationships necessary to support sustainable long-term advancement.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of Community State Bank’s growth,” states Kick. “We believe there is a real need for a bank that remains personal, responsive, and committed to the communities it serves, particularly as many financial institutions have grown larger and more distant from their customers. As we grow, we want to remain a bank where decisions are made locally, where dollars are invested back into the communities we serve, and where we never lose sight of the values that have always defined community banking.”

These appointments emphasize CSB’s commitment to long-term success. The organization remains focused on delivering value to customers, employees, and shareholders. “I am confident that William Pryor and William Kick bring the experience, leadership, and vision needed to help guide Community State Bank into its next chapter. I am excited to welcome them into these important roles and look forward to the positive impact they will have on our customers, employees, communities, and continued growth,” remarks Wilson.

Community State Bank is an independent community bank headquartered in Orbisonia, Pa. The Bank has grown to over $400 million in assets with 8 office locations throughout Huntingdon, Bedford, Fulton, and Franklin counties.
