The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has ruled against consolidating the dockets for Transource’s applications, according to the Coalition to Protect Franklin County.
The coalition said the siting and zoning exemption applications will be held in abeyance, meaning they are paused, pending a decision on Transource’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience.
According to the coalition, Transource must obtain that certificate before the other applications can proceed.
Public input hearings are expected in early 2027. Hearing dates have not yet been announced, the coalition said.
