Arrest Made in Weekend Burglary

Gregory Matthew Miracle, 28

SHIPPENSBURG — A Shippensburg man is in Franklin County Jail today after being arrested over the weekend on burglary and theft charges.

Gregory Matthew Miracle, 28, was arraigned early this morning before Magisterial District Judge Jody Eyer, who set his bail at $70,000.

He is charged with burglary, a first-degree felony, felony criminal trespass, felony theft and possession of a small amount of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

The charges stem from the burglary of an apartment in the 400 block of West King Street on Sunday in which electronic items and money were stolen.

The Shippensburg Police Department is investigating and made the arrest.

Miracle’s preliminary hearing is set for June 4 in Franklin County Central Court.
