Barbara Jean Pensinger, 61, was called home on September 13, 2026.
Born May 9, 1965 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Jacqueline Carmack Mann.
Barb worked at the Mercersburg Academy Dining Hall for over 25 years. She was a beloved member of the community, who was always known for her kindness.
Barb enjoyed traveling, puzzles, baking, watching QVC, listening to country music and spending time with her family and dogs. She enjoyed throwing celebrations for any reason. She enjoyed going to Amish Country and visiting New York City and New Orleans.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 17 years, Curtis Pensinger of Mercersburg. Also preceded by parents Clyde Mann and Jacqueline Mann and sister Melinda Mann all of Mercersburg.
She is survived by brothers William Mann of Fort Loudon, Donald Mann of Three Springs and Larry Mann of Chambersburg, and sister Rose Pine of Three Springs. She is also survived by niece Jennifer and nephews James, Tyler, Bryce, Bret and Brandon, all of whom she loved as her own.
Burial will be Private.
