In conjunction with the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance, The Bean & Biscuit, located at 18 East Baltimore St, Greencastle, celebrated a ribbon cutting in June to celebrate being in business for two years.
Opening in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the coffeehouse continues to serve handcrafted beverages, homemade baked goods, soups, sandwiches and more. “We didn’t know what we were missing before Bean & Biscuit opened,” said Debby Cunningham, Executive Director of the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce. “The ribbon cutting is a celebration of the past two years and looking forward to many more years of continued success.”
Run by owners Kim and Rod Eckstine, the cozy cafe is nestled just off the Greencastle square and offers the perfect place to sip, snack and chat.
The Bean & Biscuit is open 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday and is closed Sunday and Monday.
