CareerTech Senior Spotlight: Justin Yeakle Completes Certifications, Cooperative Education Experience

Justin Yeakle, a senior in the Workforce Development Program at the Franklin County Career and Technology Center from Greencastle-Antrim High School, has completed the School-to-Career curriculum and earned OSHA-10 and Employability Skills Industry Certifications.

Yeakle is completing his Cooperative Education experience at Direct Mail Processors Inc., a company that provides response processing and data services, including mail sorting, data capture and fulfillment services for organizations across the country.

According to Franklin County Career and Technology Center, Yeakle helps with daily operations that support the processing of large volumes of mail and information. The experience is providing him with workplace skills while he earns money and explores his options after graduation.

The Franklin County Free Press, established by Vicky Taylor in 2019, emerged as a beacon of local journalism for the residents of Franklin County. On January 1, 2022, the torch was passed to Nathan Neil and his firm, Neil Publishing, LLC. Neil, a local entrepreneur with multiple thriving businesses in Chambersburg, shares Vicky's fervent commitment to both the community and the world of local journalism.

Rooted in the heart of Franklin County and powered by its residents, the Franklin County Free Press continues to bridge the gap, ensuring that the local stories, events, and issues that matter most to the community remain in the spotlight.
