The Carlisle Fire Department distributed 100 smoke detectors this week to students in the Carlisle Area School District.
The initiative was funded by the Carlisle Borough Government and supported by school faculty and administrators.
The program aims to promote fire safety and ensure students’ homes are equipped with working smoke detectors.
