Carlisle Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

Waren Mena, 31, from Carlisle, was arrested on June 20 following an extensive investigation by the Middlesex Township Police Department. He faces charges including rape of a mentally disabled person, indecent sexual assault of a person with a mental disability, financial exploitation of a care-dependent person, and possession of both a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

The arrest was executed with the help of the Carlisle Borough Police Department. Mena was subsequently held at Cumberland County Prison, unable to post the $35,000 bail.
