Carlisle Man Charged Following Domestic Assault Investigation

Strato Marco Della Ragione, 48, of Carlisle, was arrested following a reported domestic assault on Sept. 3.

Carlisle Police responded to the first block of West North Street, where officers determined that a victim had allegedly been strangled. Della Ragione was taken into custody a short time later.

He was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault involving domestic violence and summary harassment.

Della Ragione is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
