Diane worked as a seamstress at the Stanley Company in Chambersburg, PA, as a nursing home caregiver, and eventually retired from Volvo in Shippensburg, PA.
Born on May 22, 1926, in his free time Harrison enjoyed bicycling and gardening, however his main interest was woodworking.
Nathan loved working on his vehicles and enjoyed playing Call of Duty. Above all else in life, Nathan valued and cherished his family.
Robert enjoyed working at Boswell’s Cigar shop, and volunteering his time including office of the aging and Corpus Christi Church events.
In her younger years, Marlene worked in her grandfather’s canning factory. She will always be remembered as a very hard worker on the family farm.
Nick retired in Gettysburg and worked part time at Gettysburg College in the transportation department and also at Ski Liberty in Fairfield, PA.
Robert H Etchberger, 84, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, passed away September 13, 2023. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Elaine was employed by the State of New Jersey where she retired. She belonged to the DAR, Daughter’s of American Revolution.
Lelia was a military wife and was stationed with her husband in Japan, Chicago, Fort Ritchie, Cascade, MD and several other locations.

Marie was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church where she was a member of the Young at Heart Club. She enjoyed volunteering at Menno Haven.
No matter the where, Bill brought with him an undeniable presence of joy and positivity that brought smiles to anyone he crossed paths with.
John retired from BAE Systems with over 40 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and making knives, but mostly spending time with his family & friends.
Janet was employed as an assembler at Corning Glass Works in Greencastle for 26 years. She was a member of King Street Church.
Born April 14, 1931 in Carlisle a daughter of Earl D. and Bertha Inez Weary Sheriff, Ruth was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church, Newville.
Born on January 22, 1939, Leona managed the 76 Truck Stop in Breezewood, PA from the 1970’s to 1990’s and retired from Phantom Fireworks.
Born on May 8, 1964, Tim worked at Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe, Chambersburg, and most recently Proctor & Gamble, Shippensburg.
A 1953 graduate of Chambersburg High School, Thelma was employed and retired from a long career at the T.B. Woods Company in Chambersburg.
Born November 30, 1945 in Hancock, MD., Dean loved doing woodworking and making projects. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Whitey retired as Shipping & Receiving Manager with Mack Truck, Hagerstown, with 25 years of service. He enjoyed music and sports.
Benjamin was a current member of the Chambersburg Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking in the mountains, and riding his motorcycle.
Born April 27, 1960, Woo previously worked as a welder at JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, PA. He was the drummer in the band Black Velvet.
Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and most recently leatherworking. But his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Gene had worked at Letterkenny Army Depot in the missile program. Prior to his retirement in 1999 he was devoted to his work on the Patriot Missile.
Born July 27, 1940 in Chambersburg, Clarence enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Meyers was a 1947 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim Senior High School. She worked as a homemaker, focusing on caring for her family.
Helen radiated joy and happiness to all of her friends. From start to finish, in true Helen-fashion, she touched the lives of everyone around her!
Ethel enjoyed gardening her flowers and eating wonderful foods. She was known by her family as being a hard worker and for her delicious baking skills.
Mrs. Wolfe worked for over 25 years as a personal care assistant with Luther Ridge, PA. She enjoyed helping people, camping and visiting shut-ins.
Darlene was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed going shopping, checking out yard sales, camping and traveling with her family.

Born on July 14, 1961, Mitchell had been employed as a welder for Westinghouse/Schindler Elevator Corp. in Gettysburg for over 35 years.
Mrs. Byers worked at several factories and companies as a seamstress, including London Fog in Hancock, MD. She retired in 2005.
Over the years, in her free time, Martha enjoyed bowling, camping, flea markets, picnics, puzzles, watching for hummingbirds, and traveling the country.
Doug was a faithful member of the Green Spring First Church of God since 1965 and was active in their New Life Sunday School.
Lester was the former owner of Funks Drilling and Water Treatment, that he passed on and is now owned and operated by his sons.
Born June 10, 1930, Peg was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church, Shippensburg; AARP, and the Wood Carver Club of Shippensburg.
In her younger years, Delores worked at the Everett Sewing Factory, Everett, PA before becoming a homemaker to take care of her son.
Ron served in the National Guard. Ron retired from the Chambersburg Mall as an Operations Supervisor. He was an avid golfer.
