This milestone underscores Patriot’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in banking.

Patriot earned its designation by implementing several initiatives to ensure that all members have equal access to financial services and resources:

Language Accessibility: Patriot has partnered with LanguageLine Solutions to break down language barriers and provide seamless communication for members who prefer languages other than English. Whether it’s Spanish or another language (240 different languages available to be exact), Patriot Federal Credit Union’s dedicated team is equipped to assist members every step of the way.

Welcoming ITIN Holders: Patriot proudly accepts Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) for membership and loan applications, ensuring that everyone, regardless of citizenship status, has access to essential financial services.

Financial Literacy Workshops: Patriot offers financial literacy workshops in Spanish, providing valuable insights and practical tips to empower members to make informed financial decisions for themselves and their families.

Zogo: Patriot is excited to offer Zogo, a fun and interactive financial education app, Available in English, and Spanish, allowing members to explore various financial topics, earn rewards, and take control of their financial education in their preferred language.

Bilingual Website: Patriot’s bilingual website ensures that all members can easily access information about products, services, and resources in both Spanish and English, furthering the commitment to inclusivity across all platforms.
