The Chambersburg Area School District has started leasing 3,440 square feet of office space at 20 S. Main St. as of October 1. The office, located in downtown Chambersburg, will serve as a Community Engagement Center aimed at providing support to at-risk students and their families.
The Franklin County Area Development Corporation (FCADC), alongside the Chambersburg Area Development Corporation, is a partner in South Main Ventures, which owns the building. The property is located in the former F&M Trust corporate office near Memorial Square.
Mike Ross, president of the FCADC, confirmed the school district’s lease and the establishment of the center.
