Chambersburg Area School District to Host Career Fair on July 11th

The Chambersburg Area School District (CASD) will host a career fair on July 11th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the District Administration Offices, located at 435 Stanley Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201. This event is designed to showcase a variety of employment opportunities available within the district, appealing to those seeking new job prospects or considering a career change.

Available positions include full-time and part-time roles, ranging from 9 ½ month to 12-month contracts. Job openings span a wide array of departments such as Food Service, Maintenance, Custodial, Secretarial, and Transportation, which includes opportunities for bus drivers and bus aides. Additionally, there are vacancies for teachers in core subject areas, special education, and positions requiring PA certification in Business, Cooperative Education, and ESL. Other roles include Speech Therapists, Instructional Specialists, Teacher Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, Athletic Coaches, and Substitute positions.

The career fair is an excellent opportunity for community members, including parents of kindergarten-age children, to explore employment options while their children are at school. Attendees will have the chance to learn about the district and its offerings, with the option to view listings and apply directly through the Chambersburg Area School District’s employment portal at CASD Careers.
