Chambersburg Man Arrested for Witness Intimidation

The Chambersburg Police Department arrested Wesley Andre Cureton, 34, on September 10, 2025, for two counts of intimidation of witnesses or victims (F2).

Police said they were notified on September 8, 2025, about information on social media regarding an upcoming trial related to a 2022 investigation. Following an investigation, Cureton was taken into custody in the 200 block of East Washington Street in Chambersburg.

Cureton’s bail was set at $100,000. He is currently incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail.

The Chambersburg Police Department stated it does not tolerate attempts to intimidate or retaliate against victims or witnesses involved in criminal investigations.
