Chambersburg Police Issue Arrest Warrant for Matthew Robert Rollins

The Chambersburg Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for 45-year-old Matthew Robert Rollins, wanted for contempt for violating a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order. Rollins allegedly attempted to contact the victim by phone, directly contravening the conditions of the order.

Rollins, described as a white male, 5’11” tall, weighing 205 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes, is currently listed on the Chambersburg Police’s most wanted list. The warrant, issued on December 30, 2024, details an incident type categorized as “All Other – Criminal” and is active under docket number MJ-39201-MD-0000053-2024.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding Rollins’ whereabouts to contact the Chambersburg Police Department or leave an anonymous tip on Crimewatch. The suspect was last seen in the unit block of W Washington St, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
