CPSC Announces Seven Product Recalls Over Fire, Injury, Electrocution and Battery Hazards

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced seven product recalls on Aug. 20, 2026, involving LED tea lights, off-road motorcycles, power stations, pressure washers, ventilation fans, mattresses and hockey visors.

JINHEZO Mini Waterproof LED Tea Lights

About 2,798 JINHEZO Mini Waterproof LED Tea Lights are being recalled because children can easily access the button batteries.

The products also lack required warnings under Reese’s Law. Swallowed button or coin batteries can cause internal chemical burns, serious injuries or death.

Consumers should stop using the tea lights and contact Mystic ZO for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to provide an order number or bar code number, if available, and a photo showing the tea lights disposed of in the trash.

KTM Off-Road Motorcycles

KTM North America is recalling about 21,040 off-road motorcycles in the United States. About 4,140 additional motorcycles were sold in Canada.

The rear brake caliper can crack or break, reducing braking effectiveness and creating a crash hazard.

Consumers should stop riding the recalled motorcycles and contact an authorized GASGAS or Husqvarna Motorcycle dealer for a free repair.

Contact: 888-985-6090 or gasgas.com.

Goal Zero YETI 3000X Power Stations

About 46,200 Goal Zero YETI 3000X power stations are being recalled because the circuit board can overheat, creating fire and burn hazards.

Consumers should stop using the power stations and install a free firmware update through the Goal Zero application. Goal Zero can also provide firmware installation at no cost.

Workbless Pressure Washers

About 2,200 Workbless pressure washers are being recalled in the United States, along with about 657 sold in Canada.

The pressure washers do not have an integral ground-fault circuit-interrupter and have an inadequate-length power cord, creating shock and electrocution hazards.

Consumers should stop using the pressure washers and contact Workbless for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to cut the unplugged power cord in half, send the company a photo and dispose of the product.

Airedale Heating and Cooling Ventilation Fans

Modine Manufacturing Company is recalling about 6,061 Airedale heating and cooling ventilation fans in the United States. About 735 additional units were sold in Canada.

Water can reach the ventilation fan motor’s circuit board, causing a short circuit and overheating that can create a fire hazard.

Consumers should stop using the recalled heat pumps and contact Modine for instructions to unplug the ventilation fan or turn its internal disconnect to the off position. Consumers should also contact their Modine distributor for a free inspection and service. Technicians will repair or replace the affected fans.

Contact: 888-636-8627, ProductSafety@modine.com or modine.com/recall.

Koorlian Mattresses

About 251 Koorlian mattresses sold on Amazon by Dream Bedding Technology are being recalled because they do not meet the mandatory federal mattress flammability standard.

The issue creates a risk of serious injury or death from fire.

Consumers should stop using the mattresses and contact Dream Bedding Technology for a free cover designed to bring the mattress into compliance with the flammability requirements.
