Outstanding achievement

To reduce time custom fitting each clevis assembly to its mating sheave bracket, Lance suggested designing a locating fixture so holes can be drilled in plastic shims quickly on a drill press instead of using a manual paper drill. In addition, to prevent water falling from the test tower onto the hydraulic pump and contaminating the oil, and to contain the water for easier clean up after testing, Plexiglas panels were installed on the left and back sides of the test tower to shield the hydraulic pump.

The company also recognizes Duane Brown, Nathan Eyer, Scott Riley and Chris Robinson for their suggestions implemented through the company’s Continual Improvement Program in March.
