Born on October 6, 1946, oldest child of Lyle Keefer Myers and Dorothy (Brosious) Myers, of Greencastle, who preceded him in death.

His love was his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren, teaching and sharing his stories about nature and Nerf battles with the entire family.  After retirement, he volunteered his time in our little mountain community.  His love for nature that surrounded our home was his heart.  Everywhere you looked, you saw his love and hard work.
