Devin L. Clark, 27, of Needmore, PA, passed away on December 04, 2025.
Devin was born on October 11, 1998, in McConnellsburg, PA, the son of William K. Scott and Tracy Winter-Scott.
Devin was a graduate of Southern Fulton High School. He was employed as a welder. He loved spending time in the outdoors, especially fishing in the local ponds and streams.
Devin is survived by his parents, William Scott of Needmore, PA and Tracy Winter-Scott of Hancock, MD, and five siblings, Tylor Weller, Patrick Scott, Nicholas Winter, Tori Higgins and David Spoonire.
Devin is preceded in death by his first mother, Angie Clark and his infant brother, Brian.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
The family has entrusted Devin’s care to Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in McConnellsburg, PA.
