Waynesboro Man Charged in Domestic Abuse Case

WAYNESBORO — A Waynesboro man is free on unsecured bail after being charged with assault this week, according to court records.

Dustin L. Lamier, 32, was charged with one count each of simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment after a domestic was reported on at 8:33 a.m

Police did not provide details about the incident.

Lamier was arraigned on the charges by Magisterial District Judge Annie Gomez Shockey, who set his bail at $25, 000 unsecured.

His preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. July 2 in Franklin County Central Court at the county courthouse in Chambersburg.
