Donation Box Stolen from Chambersburg Goodwill

On May 13, the Chambersburg Police Department responded to a report at the Wayne Avenue Goodwill Store and Donation Center regarding a non-active theft investigation.

According to authorities, an individual entered the store on March 15 and departed with a donation box containing money that had been situated on the front counter.

Furthermore, the police have grounds to suspect that the same individual may have committed another theft at the same store on a subsequent occasion.

Police officials have reviewed surveillance footage, which reveals an individual who may possess pertinent information related to the case. At present, this person is considered a person of interest but not a suspect. If anyone possesses information or can assist in identifying the individual depicted in the provided images, they are urged to reach out to the Chambersburg Police Department or provide a tip via Crimewatch.
