Douglas A. Seiders, age 68, of McConnellsburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Doug was born on April 12, 1956, in McConnellsburg, PA, the son of the late Edmund Seiders and Virginia Garland Seiders.
Doug married Deborah McKee on May 25, 1985. Doug worked at JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, PA until he retired in 2021.
Doug is survived by his wife of 39 years, Deborah Seiders of McConnellsburg, PA, one son, Brady Seiders of McConnellsburg, PA and one daughter, Trisha (wife of Jonathan) Hodge and their precious children of Elizabethtown, PA. Doug is also survived by his mother, Virginia Seiders, three sisters, Mona Bookheimer, Denise (wife of Joey) Ramsey and Tina Dillman, and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Doug is preceded in death by his father, Edmund Seiders, one brother, Roger Seiders and a brother-in-law, Claude “Red” Bookheimer.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
The family has entrusted Doug’s care to Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in McConnellsburg, PA.
