After executing a search warrant on his home, a man from Chambersburg, Jeffrey L Pine, is facing multiple felony charges. The Pennsylvania State Police Vice Unit found him and another person in the home on Paper Mill Road in Hamilton Township, Franklin County.
Pine was located in the rear bedroom where police discovered a Rubbermaid container containing suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl pills. Additionally, drug paraphernalia including a glass vial with THC wax, a digital scale, and other items were found in the room.
A bag of white powder and a knife with residue were found in the kitchen. Police also searched Pine and allegedly found a substantial amount of money, plastic baggies, and a bag of crack cocaine in his pants, leading them to believe that the drugs were for distribution purposes.
Pine failed to post bail of $75,000 and is currently in jail. He is charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to distribute and one count of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. Pine’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 14th.
