Ethan James Funk 1982-2024

Ethan James Funk, 41 of Mercersburg, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 in Mercersburg.

Born November 13, 1982 in McConnellsburg PA, he was a son of Martin Lee and Linda Louise Riley Funk.

Ethan graduated from Franklin County Learning Center. He loved watching and supporting the Washington Commanders Football team. Ethan was a very happy and loving person who enjoyed dancing and attending bingo events with his family.

Ethan was a member of the Love Temple Church in Mercersburg, PA.

Ethan is survived by his mother, Linda L. Funk, and a sister, Tiffany Brady, a brother, Ryan Riley, and
three nieces, Savanna Riley, Hailee Brady, Kylee Brady, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ethan was preceded in death by his father, Martin L. Funk.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, at Fries Funeral Home Inc., Mercersburg, PA with Pastor Vera Keith Officiating.
