Evenflo Recalls Reo by Revolve360 Child Seats

Evenflo Company Inc. is recalling certain Reo by Revolve360 child seats because the headrest may shift during a crash.

The recall covers seats in the Nantucket, Danvers, Chelsea, Holden, Brookline and Lenox color variants. Owners should review Evenflo’s recall report to determine which specific models are affected.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration assigned the recall ID number 26C004.

According to the recall notice, the headrest may move in certain rear-facing or forward-facing positions during a crash. The seats do not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213 for child restraint systems.

A shifting headrest may increase the risk of injury during a crash.

A remedy is still under development. Evenflo expects to mail interim notification letters to owners on Aug. 17, 2026. Additional letters will be sent when the remedy becomes available.

Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921. They may also use NHTSA’s Recall Look-up Tool to check whether a specific car seat is included in the recall.
