Three F&M Trust employees graduated from Leadership Franklin County (LFC). The graduation, held in a virtual format, took place May 14.

LFC is a program sponsored by F&M Trust, designed to produce well-informed, motivated leaders who are willing and capable of working together for the betterment of Franklin County. Participants received leadership training and learned about issues facing the community through an interactive series of workshops the nine-month program.

The 2019-2020 F&M Trust graduates include: Gio Carannante, Assistant Community Office Manager; Lisa Hogue, Community Office Manager; Fallon Finnegan, Marketing Coordinator.

“On behalf of our employees, management team and board of directors, I’d like to congratulate Fallon, Gio, Lisa and all of the Leadership Franklin County graduates,” F&M President and CEO said. “While they weren’t meeting in-person like previous classes, they were able to complete the program using technology and hosting virtual meetings.

“And we are all grateful for their achievements because we need leaders now more than ever. The relationships they made, the learning they attained and the experiences they had during their time in the LFC program will serve our graduates well in the years to come.
