Rogers started working for Franklin County Adult Probation in August 2018. Shortly after his career began with the County, he was deployed overseas with the Army Reserves. His one-year deployment delayed his Oath of Office.

In front of the Court and an audience of their peers, Willett and Rogers pledged to respect the rules of the Court, maintain fairness and impartiality in the performance of their duties, and to do so with honor and integrity.
