Franklin County CareerTech Plans Virtual Orientation for Workforce Development Students

The Franklin County Career and Technology Center will hold a virtual new student orientation for students enrolled in its Workforce Development Program on Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Students may attend a Microsoft Teams session at either 6 p.m. or 7 p.m.

The orientation will cover program requirements and expectations, work-based learning opportunities, important dates and paperwork, industry certifications and career readiness.

The Franklin County Free Press, established by Vicky Taylor in 2019, emerged as a beacon of local journalism for the residents of Franklin County.
