Pen-Mar REALTORS® proudly announces the recipients of its 2025 annual awards, recognizing exceptional dedication, professionalism, and community impact within the real estate industry. This year’s honorees include Kim Heck, REALTOR® of the Year, Michelle Rebok, Affiliate Member of the Year, and Nicole Scott, Good Neighbor Award.
REALTOR® of the Year — Kim Heck, RE/MAX, Chambersburg, PA
A respected industry professional known for her commitment to clients and colleagues
alike, Kim Heck exemplifies integrity and leadership within the real estate community.
“I am grateful to have been nominated and selected for this award and I am inspired to
continue growing and giving back to the profession and community,” Heck said.
She believes that being a REALTOR® means more than closing transactions. It is about
professionalism, advocacy, and service.
“Helping clients is just the start of what being a REALTOR® is. I am honored to support
clients, but also the communities around us and the profession by attending PAR meetings
to better understand what’s happening in our industry,” she added.
Her advice to others: “Get involved. Be a part of the profession beyond the transactions.
Lead with professionalism and positivity.”
Affiliate Member of the Year — Michelle Rebok, Cross Country Mortgage, Chambersburg, PA
As Chair of Pen Mar Realtors® Affiliate Member Advisory Committee, Michelle Rebok has
been instrumental in fostering collaboration and engagement between affiliate partners
and REALTORS®. Her leadership helped make the 2025 Pen-Mar Expo a standout success.
“This award reaffirms my commitment to serving our REALTOR® community with integrity,
collaboration, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact,” Rebok shared. “It is a
reflection of the relationships I’ve built, teamwork, and a shared goal of strengthening our
local real estate industry.”
Rebok also champions charitable partnerships through initiatives like Habitat for Humanity
and the Franklin County Veterans Affairs Office.
Her message to others: “Stay engaged, show up, and lead with heart. When you focus on
relationships and service rather than recognition, the impact you create will naturally be
felt—and sometimes, like in this moment, it will be celebrated too.”
Pennsylvania Good Neighbor Award — Nicole Scott, RE/MAX, Chambersburg, PA
Nicole Scott has built her business around a deep passion for giving back. Through creative
community initiatives like Paint the Town Pink and Flannel Friday, she has rallied local
businesses and residents to support charitable causes across the region.
“Giving back is at the heart of everything I do, and it’s nice to be recognized for my hard
work,” Scott said. “My clients don’t always realize that working with me is more than just a
sale—it allows me to give back to our local community in their honor.”
Her advice to others reflects her energetic spirit of service:
“Just get out there! Start with an organization you feel passionate about. Volunteer your
time, work with like-minded people, and show up when you’re needed. Service above self!”
