Franklin Fire Company Assists at McConnellsburg House Fire

Franklin Fire Company crews assisted at a house fire Monday on Shady Grove Lane in McConnellsburg.

Squad 41 and Assistant Chief 48 responded as the first-due squad for a reported garage fire in McConnellsburg Box 56-04.

Company 56 units arrived and found fire showing, with possible extension into the house. Squad 41 assisted with fire attack, salvage and overhaul.

Crews operated at the scene for about one hour before returning to West King Street.
