Franklin Fire Company’s Squad 41 Extricates 3 on Wayne Rd

Just after 6 p.m., New Franklin Volunteer Fire Company and The Franklin Fire Company’s Squad 41 responded to the 2000 block of Wayne Road for a vehicle accident with 3 people trapped. First Due Company 17 was first on the scene. confirming the dispatch once they arrived.

The Franklins crew along with Co.17 members completed stabilization, then the 41s crew started the extrication. The squad removed 3 doors and then did a complete dash lift to free the occupants inside.

A total of 3 priority 1 patients were turned over to EMS. Fire police secured the scene and controlled traffic.
