The Franklin/Fulton Drug and Alcohol Program is seeking public feedback about local substance use treatment and recovery services.
Residents, family members, people with lived experience, service providers and community partners may complete a brief anonymous survey. Responses will help identify effective services and areas where additional support may be needed.
The survey is open through Wednesday, Sept. 30.
