Gerber Good Start SoothePro Baby Formula Recalled

The parent company of Gerber has issued a recall for specific lots of its Gerber Good Start SoothePro powdered infant formula. The recall is a precautionary measure as no product has tested positive for the presence of cronobacter sakazakii bacteria, and there have been no adverse events reported.

The recall applies only to the infant formula produced at the company’s Wisconsin facility between January 2nd and January 18th, 2022, with use-by dates in July 2024. Consumers can find UPC codes and exact use-by dates on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s website.

The product was sold to consumers after March 5th.
