Ghost Writer Promotes Agency Advocate to Director of Marketing

Grant-writing and nonprofit organization support firm Ghost Writer LLC has promoted a current Agency Advocate to Director of Marketing and Development.

Christina Williams, of Smithsburg, MD, has been with Ghost Writer since April 2022 as an Agency Advocate. She has been working on improvements to current procedures within the Marketing and Development Department, so it’s been a smooth transition into this larger role.  She has been able to elevate the overall client experience through streamlining client onboarding process, communication, and project management.

The Marketing and Development department offers grant writing, direct mail, sponsorship packages, social media and marketing, graphic design, donor lists, and donor database management.  With all these tools, Ghost Writer is able to amplify an organization’s mission and impact, leading to a return on investment up to 40 time’s investment.  Christina is an integral part of the company, and she is passionate about Ghost Writer’s missions. “I love our team and the work that we do! I’m proud to expand my role and continue working on making a difference.” she said.  “And thank you to Kirsten for creating this amazing company and seeing the potential that we each have to work on this mission.”

“Christina has brought to Ghost Writer exactly what we needed, when we needed it to scale and improve our maturing and successful business model – organization, focus on Lean policies and procedures, and professionalism. She elevates all around her,” says Hubbard.
