Helen Rosenberry (Bowman), 84, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Tuesday morning, August 2, 2022 at the Chambersburg Hospital.

Born September 29, 1937 in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Florence (Snider) Bowman.

Helen was a 1955 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School and was employed for twenty-eight years at the former Stanley Company in Chambersburg. She then worked for eleven years with the Chambersburg Area School District and for eighteen years as a cashier at CVS.

Helen was a member of Salem United Brethren Church. She bowled with her husband for a number of years and enjoyed traveling out west, especially to Yellowstone and the Tetons. She especially liked spending time with her family.

Her husband, Lawrence H. Rosenberry, whom she married May 5, 1957, preceded her in death on March 8, 2019.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her daughter, Carol Plummer and husband Ed of Fayetteville; her son, Timothy Rosenberry and wife Michelle of Burleson, Texas; and four grandsons, Scott Plummer and wife Kristal, Derek Plummer and wife Emma, Shane Rosenberry, and Chad Rosenberry.

Services and interment will be private.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home.
