Jeff was an avid and accomplished martial artist, being known as one of the Twin Dragons, alongside his brother, Jerry. The two were also (along with Curtis Silwa), co-founders of the New York based Guardian Angels.

He leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, two devoted uncles, Bernard and Cato and a countless number of very close friends.

Preceding him in death were both of his parents, brothers: James “Greywolf”, Freddy “Littlehawk”, Patrick “Red Cloud” and Jerry “Eaglefeather”; sisters: Diane “Singing Water”, Jessica and Distarte.

Though he is at rest with The Creator, Jeff is and forever will be loved and missed by so many.
