Mrs. Jennifer L Robinson (Bloom), 72, of Cottage Street, Waynesboro, PA, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021.

Born August 25, 1948 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Mary (Carson) Bloom.

Mrs. Robinson was a graduate of Waynesboro Area High School with the Class of 1966.

She and her husband, the late Mr. Ronald C. “Rob” Robinson, were married September 14, 1968 in Hawley Memorial Presbyterian Church, Blue Ridge Summit, PA. They were married for almost 50 years before he passed away September 3, 2018.

Mrs. Robinson was employed at Grove Manufacturing, Shady Grove, PA for over 30 years and also was employed at Susquehanna Bank for several years.

She was an active member of the former Fetterhoff Chapel United Methodist Church where she helped in many capacities over the years including teaching Sunday school alongside her husband.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by one son, W. Michael Robinson of Waynesboro; daughter-in-law, Beverly Robinson of Chambersburg, PA; three grandchildren, Michelle R. Anderson and her husband, Andy of Greencastle, Joseph M. “Joe” Robinson and his fiancée, Charity Johnson of Waynesboro and Maggie Robinson of Waynesboro; great-grandson, Austin Anderson; two brothers, Gerry Bloom of AZ and David Bloom of Blue Ridge Summit; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Suzanne R. Robinson; one sister, Diane Bloom; and one brother, Thomas Bloom.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, July 25, 2021 in Salem Church, 4881Salem Church Road, Waynesboro, with Pastor Matthew Plant officiating.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Antietam Humane Society, 8513 Lyons Road, Waynesboro PA 17268 or the charity of one’s choice.

Arrangements are by Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro.
