Mr. Larry David Keyes, 69, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at the Chambersburg Hospital in Chambersburg, PA
Born July 4, 1951, in Port Jervis, PA, he was the son of the late George L. and Jean M. (Stempert) Keyes.
Larry and his wife of 18 years, Linda A. Keyes, were married May 11, 2002, in the Caledonia State Park.
He was a lab technician at the Waynesboro Hospital for over 20 years. He was also a chef at Gus’ Roadhouse in Milford, PA
Larry was an accomplished chef, and loved to cook for his friends and family. He was also an environmentalist, spending his time gardening, camping, and making nature better. He was also a devoted “Deadhead.”
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step-daughter, Lorissa A. Souders of Hagerstown; step-son Carl Souders and his wife Alyssa of Brandon, MS; grandchildren Persia N.A. Austin and Kaymen J. Austin; brothers G. Les Keyes and his wife Patty of Matamoras, PA and David A. Keyes, and his wife Luana of Milford, PA.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers Donald and Steven Keyes.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
