LaunchUX Continues Growth by Adding Social Media Management, Hiring New Staff

A digital presence is becoming increasingly important for business owners.  Since 2017, LaunchUX has helped various businesses through their web development and search optimization services.  By leveraging search and the web, they have effectively improved inbound leads for their customers.  To complement their web services, LaunchUX is adding a social media management division called REACH.

“Social media effectiveness can be challenging to measure. With LaunchUX being a full-service web and SEO firm, however, we have the unique skill set to measure results and make adjustments to deliver great results. This adds one more way for our clients to expand their client base and stay engaged with their customers and communities,” said Brandon Smith, Business Development Manager at LaunchUX.

LaunchUX has performed social media management for several larger clients for years and has contemplated adding a dedicated department for quite some time. Since social media strategy goes hand-in-hand with web presence, it was a logical next step for the rapidly growing firm.

Meet Meagan

Heading the department will be Meagan Hammond, a graduate of Northcentral Technical College. She has several years of industry experience producing measurable results for clients that has helped businesses grow and expand their online presence.

“We’re really looking forward to working with Meagan on a full-time basis,” said Nathan Neil, Owner and Project Manager at LaunchUX. “Her energy is so positive for the office, and we’re really confident in her abilities to lead and grow this new department. She knows exactly what she’s doing and is very creative at engaging audiences for businesses of any size.”

As an introductory offer to business owners in the area, set-up fees are being waived, and a competitive package has been put together for the management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.  Most social media firms manage posts and work to increase engagement, however, LaunchUX will also monitor brand reputation, performing competitive analysis and developing an overall social media strategy to drive inbound leads.
