Fort Loudoun: Market Fair expected to attract thousands

The Fort Loudoun Market Fair will take place over June 24-26, 2022, sponsored by the Fort Loudon Historical Society in Franklin County, PA.

The market fair will host 60 of the best 18th Century Artisans in the country (some coming as far away as
Connecticut, Michigan, and Florida), which includes demonstrations and entertainment of early American life.

Purchase one-of-a-kind items. Listen to early American and Celtic music. Be entertained by Faire Wynds
Circus. Eat great food from Halfcrown Bakehouse, Georgian Kitchen, Antietam Dairy, Edward’s Kettlecorn,
Uncle Eddie’s BBQ, Shuman’s Concessions, Jenni’s Knife and Spork, and Redneck Dogs.

About 5,000 people visited the Market Fair in 2021. So for 2022, plan to attend, listen to great
music, eat artisanal food, and help keep history alive!

The event hours are: Friday 9-5; Saturday 9-5; and Sunday 9-4
Admission is $5 per adult, 17 & under are free.

Proceeds benefit the Fort Loudon Historical Society, a 501c3 non-profit organization (83-1525118), who
manage Fort Loudoun Historic Site located in Franklin County, PA. The historical society operates solely on donations.


Fort Loudoun is dedicated to preserve and interpret the fort’s role as a supply depot during the French & Indian War and pre-Revolutionary War uprising known as the Black Boys Rebellion.
