Mary Jane Lane, 69, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Saturday May 20, 2023.

Born on April 11, 1954 in Chambersburg, PA to the late Jane (Peters) and David S. Shauf Sr.

She is preceded in death by her sisters, Beverly Beck and Vicky Morrison; sister in law, Barbie Shauf.

Surviving Mary is her loving husband of 42 years, Robert J. Lane; her daughters, Tammy Sue Shauf, Crystal Ann Shauf, Kelly Lane, and Bobbie Jo Lane; brothers, David S. Shauf Jr. and his wife Linda, Denny Shauf and his wife Debra, Donald Shauf and his wife Kimberly, and Daniel Shauf; and her grandchildren Tiffany Stoner, Trey Beecher, Kaylee Barnhart, Kaiden Barnhart and Jakaden Justice Beecher.

Mary retired from Falling Springs Nursing Home after 18 years of work. She enjoyed her time at work, but enjoyed time with her family even more. Spending time camping, cooking, attending cookouts and holiday parties, doing puzzles and scratch offs were just a few of her favorite activities.

A visitation will be held on Thursday May 25, 2023 from 10-11 a.m. at Parklawns Funeral Home; 3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201.

A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
