Meritus Health is offering free fitness classes every Monday and Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the Robinwood Atrium, located at 11110 Medical Campus Road, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
The classes are led by Sheriff “Reef” Taiwo and Jetaine “Jet” Hart and are designed for all ages and fitness levels. The program focuses on strength training and features new workouts each week. It also aims to foster a fun and engaging community.
