In collaborating with Councilman Herb Dolaway on community projects, it is clear that he has the experience and wisdom to see all facets of a civic issue.
He succeeds in problem solving by first truly listening, then finding ways to facilitate consensus and a mutual purpose which will ultimately benefit our community.

Born on February 13, 1948, Gale was an avid hunter. He enjoyed woodworking and camping. Services will be private at the convenience of family.
Gerald enjoyed being outdoors gardening, wood working, writing music and poetry and was an artist. He retired from the Chambersburg Hospital in 1996.
Mr. Kriner enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, word searches, and watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
Jane was an avid Washington Redskins fan, who loved gardening and her plants. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Lois loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Listening to music, dancing and traveling were among her favorite pastimes.
Curt enjoyed listening to the Gospel Jamboree every Friday night at Brindle’s Auction. He always favored spending time socializing with friends and family.
Patricia Albrecht was born on January 26, 1935, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. She was also known to her family as Grammie Pat.
Kathryn retired from Venice Inn Restaurant in Hagerstown, MD after working there as a banquet waitress for over 30 years.
