The Pennsylvania State Police – Chambersburg Station is currently attempting to locate Evan Michael Small, who was last seen in person at his residence in the area of Fannettsburg Road in Metal Township, Franklin County. He was last seen at 1700 hours wearing a dark t-shirt, a gray fleece-lined hoodie, jeans, and boots.
No vehicle is believed to be associated with this individual. Anyone with information on Evan Michael Small’s whereabouts is asked to contact PSP Chambersburg station at 717-264-5161.
