Multiple Consumer Products Recalled on Dec. 4 for Safety Hazards

Multiple consumer products were recalled on December 4, 2025, due to safety hazards that could result in serious injury or death. The recalls affect toys, children’s products, furniture, drinkware, and equipment sold nationally.

KTEBO Writing Tablet Toys
KTEBO recalled about 10,380 writing tablet toy sets sold on Amazon. The toys violate federal toy safety standards because the screw securing the button cell battery compartment does not remain attached. Swallowed button cell batteries can cause severe internal injuries or death.

Cubimana Building Toy Sets
Approximately 40 Cubimana building toy sets sold on Shein by Vatos Toys were recalled. The battery compartment in the LED light piece allows children access to button cell batteries, creating a serious ingestion hazard.

Little Pea Shop Crib Bumpers
About 300 crib bumpers were recalled by Little Pea Shop. The products violate the federal crib bumper ban and pose a suffocation risk by obstructing an infant’s breathing. Padded crib bumpers are banned under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act.

FUFU&GAGA Murphy Wall Beds
Ningbo Tianqi Electronic recalled about 250 FUFU&GAGA Murphy wall beds. During assembly or disassembly, the 215-pound frame can fall, posing impact, crush, and laceration hazards.

Casaottima 13-Drawer Dressers
Casaottima recalled approximately 4,120 13-drawer dressers sold on Amazon. The dressers can tip over if not anchored to the wall, creating tip-over and entrapment hazards and violating the STURDY Act safety standard.

HydroJug 14-Ounce Children’s Sport Tumblers
About 17,000 children’s sport tumblers were recalled by HydroJug. Rivets on the handle can loosen and detach, posing a choking hazard to children.

Grizzly Industrial Heavy-Duty Planers
Grizzly Industrial recalled about 2,300 heavy-duty planers sold in the United States. A defect allows the chip breaker to contact cutterhead blades, potentially ejecting debris and causing impact and laceration injuries.

CreateOn Pip-Cubes Magnetic Building Toys
Roughly 9,400 Pip-Cubes were recalled by CreateOn. Magnets inside the cubes can become loose, creating a risk of magnet ingestion that can lead to severe internal injuries or death.

Primark Water Balloon Pumps
About 3,170 water balloon pumps were recalled by Primark US. The pumps can generate excessive pressure and rupture, posing an injury risk to users and nearby individuals.

Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products immediately and follow the manufacturers’ instructions to receive refunds, replacements, or repairs.
