A new UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute office was officiated today on Dec. 9 at 830 Norland Ave, in Chambersburg.
In attendance at the key presentation event was Erik Toth, vice president, Cardiovascular Services, UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, and Stephen Christian, president of the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce and executive director of the Chambersburg Area Development Corp.
UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute’s experienced adult and pediatric cardiologists have seen patients in the Chambersburg area for more than 20 years.
The new office delivers medical, interventional, and surgical expertise and provides leading-edge heart and vascular treatments. Offering a comprehensive range of care options, its team delivers a custom program to ensure their patients well-being.
Cardiovascular services in the office include diagnostic testing, such as stress tests, echocardiograms, pacemaker checks, and event and holter monitors. Patients can make appointments with cardiologists, pediatric cardiologists, advance practice professionals and heart failure nurses.
