Novel Reels brings the joy of “Encanto” For An Outdoor Movie Night

Mission Solved, Inc.’s Novel Reels presents the movie showing of “Encanto” on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at NETwork Ministries outdoor “garden” area between Buchanan, Redwood, and South Streets near downtown Chambersburg.

The free showing will begin at 8:15 pm with fun, interactive pre-show activities starting at 7:00 pm.  There is a rain date set for Saturday, May 13, 2023.  Free snacks, books, and more will be open and free to the public.

“This year our goal was to appeal to new audiences within our community, so we decided to work with NETwork Ministries and host at their location so we could do it in a creative way,” said Jack Hubbard, Manager of the Novel Reels program. “It should be a great turnout and we look forward to seeing many families taking advantage of this fun, free night,” he added.

“We are very grateful for our additional sponsorship from Middletown Valley Bank for this event.” Said Jack.

Matt South, Marketing Coordinator for Middletown Valley Bank said today, “Middletown Valley Bank is proud to support the showing of “Encanto” and to help facilitate all the fun activities planned for the evening. We hope this multicultural event brings forth new and exciting ideas for future events in Franklin County and the surrounding areas.”

“Franklin County Library System is thrilled to be helping with another family event in Chambersburg. We love being able to get out into the community we serve as much as possible and it’s events like these that allow us to do so. We hope to see you there!” added Sarah Applegate of the FCLS.  Novel Reels is sponsored by Mission Solved, Inc., Ghost Writer, and the Franklin County Library System, with support from the Franklin County Community Foundation – a regional foundation of the Foundation for Enhancing Communities.
