Wanted on warrants : One of three suspects turns self in

One of three men wanted by Chambersburg Police Department warrants turned himself in to authorities Friday.

Drug charges

Randy Lehman, 48, Fayetteville, turned himself in Friday morning, but posted $25,000 unsecured bail following a preliminary arraignment that afternoon. His preliminary hearing is June15.

Police allege Lehman possessed a large amount of drugs, as well as materials used to distribute them.

His charges include felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terroristic threats

Chambersburg police obtained a warrant for the arrest of Alvaro Jose Jarquin, 44, Friday after threatened to kill someone.

He is described as a bald Hispanic man, 5’8″ tall, with brown eyes and weighing 180 pounds.

Sexual offense against a minor

Stefan Floyd

Chambersburg Police Department is holding a warrant for the arrest of Stefan Floyd, 24, Philadelphia, issued April 13 by Magisterial District Judge Glenn Manns.

Floyd is wanted for crimes that allegedly took place Feb. 1 in Chambersburg.

Charges include:

  • F3 Unlawful Contact With Minor – Sexual Offenses, a third degree felony;
  • Corruption Of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above, a third degree felony
  • Indecent Exposure, a first degree misdemeanor

He is described as a 5’4″ tall Black man, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Other incidents

Police are looking for the driver of a maroon Chevrolet Silverado truck that backed into a parked BMW parked in front on 452 S. Third St., at about 7:40 p.m. April 6.

Hit and run vehicle sought

Police are also looking for a truck that hit and damaged a trash can on East Vine Street at 12:12 a.m. last Monday. A surveillance camera caught the incident on film, police said. The truck appears to be a GMC . It droveup onto the curb before striking and damaging a trash can in front of the victim’s house.
