Friday at the Picnic

At 4 pm at the Path Valley Picnic, they will be having their annual OX Roast. This year the OX Roast and the beef were donated by Redd Hott Cattle Company and Wild Rose Cattle Company. Locals know them well as The Wadel family.

Barnyard Games

At 6 pm The Barnyard Games begin. The Barnyard games are a favorite among so many. The games are separated into different age groups so it is fair for everyone. Make sure to put yourself or whoever is entering the game into the right age group.

Before each round they will announce the age group and tell you how much it is to enter the game. Usually, it will be $1-$3 per game. They may even have some free rounds for the children. The games are for younger children, kids, teenagers, and even some adults. Prizes vary and depend on your performance. There will be a candy and peanut scramble for the kids, a watermelon and pie eating contest, an egg toss and many other raffles. It is very kid friendly and fun for the whole family. If you would like to donate to the barnyard games there is still time to do so as well.

Ragged Edge

Then at 7 pm go chill out at the stage and enjoy a variety of your favorite country music tunes by Ragged Edge. Ragged Edge is a Country/Southern Rock band native to Franklin County. You wont want to miss them.
