Patriot Federal Credit Union is recognizing Chief Experience Officer Jenna Kaczmarek as part of Random Acts of Kindness Week.
Kaczmarek leads the teams and departments that work directly with members, helping to ensure each interaction is thoughtful, welcoming, and rooted in care.
According to Patriot Federal, Kaczmarek says when it comes to local favorites, it is less about where you go and more about who you are with.
She also has a talent for interior and exterior design.
If she could travel anywhere, Kaczmarek said she would visit Scotland, Ireland, and England to explore where her McDowell ancestors once lived.
One piece of advice she lives by is: “The underlying challenge has to do with becoming aware of the process that defines our humanness: we are not what we know but what we are willing to learn.”
